OUR NEEDS

• Keep Trucking Management Software system updated, inputting new information as available.
• Find freight – cold call, use existing client database to address needs.
• Provide accurate information to driver’s and help problem solve, when needed.
• Build relationships with customers, partners and teammates.
• Enter and upload driver documentation to orders, keeping orders updated.
• Ensure maximum productivity and efficiency for partners.
• Care about the success of T-Lane and our partners, always looking for ways we can improve and be better.
• Coordinate all aspects of movement of freight
• Provide freight forwarding to a list of approved carriers
• Schedule loading and unloading appointments
