OUR T-LANE NATION RAIL TEAM RECENTLY HAD THE PRIVILEGE OF PARTNERING WITH FLSMIDTH INC. TO TRANSPORT A LARGE PLANETARY GEAR ACROSS CANADA.

• What: Port of Halifax along with Atlantic team loaded a planetary gear (MAAG) onto a heavy duty rail car (leased from TTTX due to weight).  Shipped from POH to  Edmonton Alberta. (From Hamburg)
• When: May/June 2016
• How / Challenges Overcome: Worked with CN Rail to lease Lehigh Cement in Edmonton Alberta in order to ship to Lehigh’s track.  Obtained additional dimensional clearance for shipment across Canada based on height, width and weight.
