Safety is imperative at T-Lane, every aspect of our business hinges on the safety and security of our team, our equipment and our clients precious goods.  In this business everything can change in the blink of an eye, our team is comprised of experts that are continually well trained and stringently held to applying and implementing the highest level industry standards in safety practices to ensure that the correct planning is executed from project inception and that the team can ‘think on their feet’ should a situation outside of their control arise.

Updates with Portability:

T-Lane Nation’s T-Lane Today is provided to our team to best keep them up to date on the happenings of T-Lane on an engaging platform that allows them to tune in to view from their desks, their mobile devices or home PC’s and share virally as well.  This effort helps keep the T-Lane Nation team up to speed even if they typically work off-site, are travelling often for work, or even if they’re on vacation.

Employee Morale:

The T-Lane Today videos provide a refreshing personal element by offering the T-Lane team across the country to get to know the safety team directly and receive T-Lane messages in a somewhat ‘face to face’ environment.  We feel that this exercise helps to mitigate potential team gaps that T-Lane’s ever expanding national footprint might face if using the more traditional, less personal, technical communication avenues (printed out newsletter in coffee rooms, email messages etc).  We strive to give our entire team something to discuss and let them know that T-Lane Nation wholeheartedly supports a productive, positive team culture and is committed to keeping everyone inside the ‘loop’.

History

T-Lane Nation has been in business for over 15 years, our T-Lane Nation, T-Lane Today V-Newsletter will afford us an opportunity to look back through the years and chronicle our important activities.  When our T-Lane Nation family gains a new member, or should we need to demonstrate that we have provided all of our employees with an important safety message, these newsletters help to chronicle who we are and what we do over here at T-Lane Nation on a platform that is easy to access.  These T-Lane Today’s act as a great training tool and also allow anyone interested in the company to pull up a seat and ‘see’ what we’re about.

So, we hope you’re enjoying our messages, we care about our T-Lane Nation team and are happy to have such a great group to communicate to.
